This neighbourhood is positioned around the famed Nicklaus North Golf Course, and is also known as Nicklaus North. This neighbourhood offers a private and peaceful setting, flat lots and good sun exposure.  Homes are a mixture of multi-million dollar chalets located next to the various fairways, as well as some lower priced chalets in the $1m to $2m range.  Good-sized townhomes are located in Englewood Greens and just past the clubhouse there are the spectacular Goldenwood townhomes.  Condos can be found on the two levels above the Nicklaus North Clubhouse.
